Zierow

The state-recognised resort of Zierow is based in the bay of Wismar, in a very idyllic region, surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. In spring the town by the Baltic Sea, is illuminated by the stunning yellow of the rapeseed fields, and in summer by the fields of wheat. Zierow offers a wonderful kid friendly beach, which is staffed daily during the main season. It also offers a large playground, several restaurants and cafes as well as crazy golf right beside the water.

The Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path also passes through Zierow, on which you can cycle to the sea resort of Boltenhagen or the Hanseatic city of Wismar, which are both worth a visit.
